This website (“the Site”) is owned and operated by the Artilux Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter “Artilux”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Services updated by Artilux from time to time, with or without notice. Artilux will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, malware, spyware or any other technologically harmful material that may infect your technological device(s) used to access the Site, computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site, or to your downloading of any material posted on the Site.
Intellectual Property Rights

You may link to Artilux’s Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage and/or disparage or take advantage of our reputation. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where non exists. You must not establish a link from any site that is not owned by you. Linking to our Site does not constitute to any form or endorsement or authorisation from Artilux. Artilux reserves the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
Waiver
Failure or delay by Artilux, at any time during the term of the agreement, in exercising any rights or remedies stated in this Terms of Services, does not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies, or affect any other subsequent event of impair any rights or remedies in respect of it. It does not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by use of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. Effect
